Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

Meet Chelchele

Grown in the Chelchele district of Yirgacheffe, this natural-processed Ethiopian coffee is built on high-elevation smallholder farming and slow, sun-dried cherry processing.

Drying the fruit intact concentrates sugars and develops a layered profile—ripe berries, soft florals, and a honeyed sweetness. Roasted to balance clarity with approachability, it delivers expressive fruit without sharpness, making it as compelling black as it is versatile across brew methods.

We chose this harvest from Azeb Tadesse Coffee Supply because it comes from shade-grown organic lots, which in our book, is simply to die for.

Currently, we offer direct roast-to-order only.

Email us at hello@agricult.coffee or click to the right and tell us: Your name, address, and quantity of bags wanted. If you would like a roast level other than Medium-Light, and/or need your beans ground, just let us know!
